What did InVINity have as its digitization goal?
InVINity wanted to make the move to the Cloud and took the opportunity to move away from the well-known folder structure. Over the years they had been adding extra folders, which had reduced their folder structure to chaos.
Jointly, we identified the metadata for InVINity, this structure allows search and filtering of documents within Ishtar.DMS based on specific, predefined metadata, without relying on conventional folder structures.
This implementation of Ishtar.DMS significantly improves the speed at which documents can be located. This system provides more efficient management and accessibility of information.
The choice of InVINity was influenced in part by our system's simplicity of maintenance, seamless implementation and intuitive user interface, making it an obvious choice.
Ishtar.DMS also ensures that documents are available in one place and everyone can access the necessary information. Which makes different repositories and versions out of the question.
